Vision Statement

To provide resonating yoga and healing services focusing on the discovery of joy within; living from heart consciousness and to be able to find a little peace and stillness anytime, anywhere.

What you will gain from classes in-studio and/or virtually is the ability to LIVE YOUR YOGA

What does that mean? It means to live and act with kindness, joy and compassion in all you do; to discover the body, mind, heart, spirit connection and live from that space. To be forgiving of yourself and others and in gratitude. When you do that — live your yoga — you raise your vibration, which in turn raises the vibrational level of the planet.

Expansion Project

The Bending Tree Expansion Project (BTEP) was started in 2013 as a way for me to expand our services to the commewnity and beyond. The Project included both a mew variety of class sessions and also an expansion of physical space and facilities to do that work. Meow, in 2025, it is starting to gain meowmentum again with a mew project in the works. The latest goal is to renovate the house on the studio property to create space for healing sessions and energy work both in person and online. This also will include housing for those who would like to have an extended frequency-changing experience to include Yoga with Cats; Energy Work sessions; Meditation; Reflexology; ThetaHealing and more.

The BTEP contimewous services include:

  • YogaScholarship Program — Where price isn’t an obstacle for attending class. YogaScholarship students pay a portion of the class price. All you have to do is ask.

  • YogaCommewnity Classes — These donation-based classes are throughout the year and all proceeds suppawt a variety of commewnity organizations, projects and programs.

  • Free Yoga Resources — Check out our variety of podcasts to further you in your yoga journey and your life journey.

  • Bending Tree Animal Health and Wellness Fund — Suppawts the Bending Tree Yoga Cat Sanctuary and also our 2 local rescues, Peluditos La Manzanilla and Pro Animal Melaque.

The Bending Tree Expansion Project does ask for donations and funding. But meow that your participation in Bending Tree paid services also directly suppawts the Project.
