Tuesdays 9-10 a.m.

Dig deep into your personal power. The first 1/2 hour of this class addresses the physical practice to help us release what does not serve us; and the second 1/2 hour is a restorative practice to bring in what we want to create in our lives.

Thursdays 9-10 a.m.

Experience meditation in a fun, new way. We will use purposeful movements in the body to find a little stillness in the mind and use the breath to tap into our heart consciousness.
